I am Chethiya Perera

'The Art' is my whole life. I bellieve, it is something that I have brought from my birth. I can never recall a single day in my life when I have lived without 'Art', as for me, "Life itself is Art" and "Art itself is Life"..

Since I was a small lad, the main challenging thought that had worked in my mind, was "Who should I be ?" When my school-mates had already decided and had been dreaming of certain future goals, it was quite embarrassing and a huge problem for me to decide precisely the personality I should become one day. The contradictory humorous incident was, that I had already stepped into the right path and been walking towards my goal unknowingly.

I performed as a singer in my school days and could achieve many victories from Singing and Drawing. In addition to those inborn talents, I was after another distinguished Art source which is chosen rarely by a minority. It was the "Art of Self Defence".

When the time passed I established as an All-rounder Artist proceeding towards the destiny, and serving the society in different platforms along with my inborn talents and abilities, is absolutely a dream-come-true. It was another challenge again for me to decide the media I should choose to project my inner-flow flawlessly to the society. I indulged my love for computer from my childhood and it was no dispute when I selected Computer Graphic Designing field. It was in the same time period, both I started off as a Graphic Designer and started learning Defensive Arts. Today, I have been performing as a Professional Stunt Artist in the Drama and Film Industry in the same time practising as a Master of Defensive Arts providing my guidence to next generation.

Now, it has been almost two decades since I have become a Professional Graphic Artist. I served in United Arab Emirates for more than six years and I have been lucky enough to step in to both local and international arenas show-casing my professional skills. It is not only inborn talents, but also my passion, bond and commitment towards "Art" that has brought me so far.... the reason behind what I am today.
